We have continued our education through Pentair’s training programs and university classes. As of 2017, we have obtained the highest-ranking Water Quality Associations (WQA) specialized programs. Yearly classes are required to maintain certifications and further education in the current market resources and water technology. We are currently the only company in Idaho with the Master Water Specialist Certification.

I began as a serviceman for a large franchise dealer here in Idaho, repairing and maintaining equipment all over Idaho. In 2001, I became a dealer myself, providing high-quality water softeners, complete treatment systems, salt delivery, and quality drinking water all over the Treasure Valley, Sun Valley, Glenns Ferry, McCall, Murphy, and Eastern Oregon.

Dustin was very knowledgeable about our setup, even though the previous owner added filters since last time he'd been up there for the iron filter, he knew what he was looking at and was able to explain it easily. As well as the entire cleaning process and all other questions we had.
It was easy to schedule and everything went as you'd expect!
