We have continued our education through Pentair’s training programs and university classes. As of 2017, we have obtained the highest-ranking Water Quality Associations (WQA) specialized programs. Yearly classes are required to maintain certifications and further education in the current market resources and water technology. We are currently the only company in Idaho with the Master Water Specialist Certification.

I began as a serviceman for a large franchise dealer here in Idaho, repairing and maintaining equipment all over Idaho. In 2001, I became a dealer myself, providing high-quality water softeners, complete treatment systems, salt delivery, and quality drinking water all over the Treasure Valley, Sun Valley, Glenns Ferry, McCall, Murphy, and Eastern Oregon.

The tech was very nice. We had purchased a home and it had a water softner. I had never had one before and needed to know how to maintain it. He told me how to care for it, we connected it to wifi and not I can monitor it on an app. He saw that we had a part on the softner that he had seen failures with before and he swapped the part while there for no additional cost.

The best way to purify water is via a multi-step/ multi-filter water purification system. Each step/ filter will do different things to purify your water. If you have hard water, you’ll want a water purifier that has a softening step/ filter. If you have water contaminants, you’ll want a reverse osmosis step/ filter.
