The water actually feels smooth when you rub your wet fingers together.- not rough anymore!My home is connected to city water which unfortunately has very hard water. Hard water damages ALL the water-related home appliances, pipes and faucets. We have had our Aqua Otter system for a several months and haven’t had any... issues or complaints about it. The regeneration cycles are short and quiet. Not having to continuously buy salt has been a real convenience. We have really hard water and we haven’t experienced any of the build up on our faucets and shower heads.
