Dustin was very knowledgeable about our setup, even though the previous owner added filters since last time he'd been up there for the iron filter, he knew what he was looking at and was able to explain it easily. As well as the entire cleaning process and all other questions we had. It was easy to schedule and everything went as you'd expect!
