Richie and Dustin are always responsive and helpful. I had my softener installed by them about 6 or 7 years ago, and they have serviced and maintained it regularly ever since. I have had zero issues with the unit, and my water continues to feel great.

The representative arrived promptly. In addition, he was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He did a clean and organized job on the installation. I was very pleased with my entire experience. This was another quarterly routine service. Once again Dustin did an amazing job. He is a positive member of Aqua Tech.
