The water actually feels smooth when you rub your wet fingers together.- not rough anymore!My home is connected to city water which unfortunately has very hard water. Hard water damages ALL the water-related home appliances, pipes and faucets. Since the new filter system installation from Aqua Otter, my water tastes better, the chlorides are filtered out and there is no more hard water - so my appliance's will last so much longer. We have had our Aqua Otter system for a several months and haven’t had any... issues or complaints about it. The regeneration cycles are short and quiet. Not having to continuously buy salt has been a real convenience. We have really hard water and we haven’t experienced any of the build up on our faucets and shower heads.
