Dustin was on time and found a small leak and fixed it on the spot. Reset and made sure the whole was working perfect.

Richie and Dustin are always responsive and helpful. I had my softener installed by them about 6 or 7 years ago, and they have serviced and maintained it regularly ever since. I have had zero issues with the unit, and my water continues to feel great.

The representative arrived promptly. In addition, he was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He did a clean and organized job on the installation.
