The tech was very nice. We had purchased a home and it had a water softner. I had never had one before and needed to know how to maintain it. He told me how to care for it, we connected it to wifi and not I can monitor it on an app. He saw that we had a part on the softner that he had seen failures with before and he swapped the part while there for no additional cost.

We have been using Aquatech for the past 19 years. We enjoy their home service when Dustin fills up our water softener and checks out the system on each trip. It's convenient and Dustin does a great job! After getting 19 years out of our first Softener with Aquatech, we just had them install a new softener and carbon filter for the chlorine in the city water. Good local company to do business with!
